Refund Policy

At TrustOnCloud, we strive to deliver the best ThreatModels to our customers. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out as expected. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund policy to help resolve any issues you may have.

Our refund policy allows for a refund to be processed up to 7 days after delivery of a ThreatModel. This policy only applies to payments processed via Stripe, and for up to 2 ThreatModel publications in a given year.

To request a refund, please email us at contact@trustoncloud.com with the subject line “Refund request” and include the following information in the body of the email:

  • ThreatModel name:
  • Email provided at checkout:
We will issue a full refund to your original payment method if you request a refund within this timeframe.

Please note that we are unable to process refund on more than 2 ThreatModel publications in a given year, based on the email domain provided at checkout. If you have reached the maximum number of refunds allowed, we will not be able to process any additional requests.
